Danza'a current body of work explores the disorienting, immersive quality of the natural world. She captures its surprising beauty through the use of repeated elements and patterns in a process that simultaneously exercises control and chance. She meticulously applies premixed acrylic paint to large canvases, enjoying the challenge and unexpected solutions that come from a limited palette and works at a large scale for a more impactful viewing experience. All pieces are 48 x 48 inches, acrylic on canvas.
